Meditation For Beginners – The 5 Step Law Of Attraction Meditation

There are thousands of different meditations out there – but what is the best meditation for beginners?

Meditation for beginners? You want the benefits of meditation, but want things simple, effective, powerful and even more importantly, that you can do easily. 

In this video you’ll learn a 5 step meditation for beginners that I’ve developed and taught in numerous countries to beginners in meditation. However, unlike most beginner meditations that focus just on quieting your mind and feeling calmer, this is designed to influence in the non-visible area of energy around you. That’s why it’s called the Law Of Attraction Meditation.

If you haven’t done so already, please go to a place which is quiet, comfortable, and safe where you can focus completely on relaxing even deeper.

And only as quickly as you are ready to go even deeper, you can close your eyes or keep them open.

Now, take a deep breath through your mouth, hold it for the count of 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 and as you slowly exhale, allow all of your muscles from your head to your toes to relax even deeper.

You may notice how you feel even more present, calm, and with your mind calm.

Such a pleasant sensation we should repeat, so inhale deeply through your mouth and hold again for a count of 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 and as you slowly exhale again notice how all your muscles relax even deeper and you may feel your body even heavier or lighter.

Howe you feel as you relax even deeper is perfect, and exactly as it should be.

One more, inhale deeply for a count of 5, 4, 3, 2, 1, and as you slowly exhale, allow each cell of your body to relax even deeper.

Now, place your attention on your body and the energy or aura around it. Ask yourself if there are any concerns, worries, fears or negative thoughts that are represented as dark energy in or around your body. Wherever you identify one, ask yourself and identify the dark energy around it – which could be like a sphere or even extending throughout your body. Imagine a large solid chest, like the types pirates used for gold, but empty.

The lid opens and it sucks the dark energy out of your aura and energy field along with the negative thought or issue that was at the core of it. Then push the chest off where it disappears in the distance. Then, imagine white light of infinite love and abundance filling where the dark energy was. You may notice that you feel lighter, with a calmer mind, and free. However you feel is perfect.

Repeat this again and again for all negative energy or thoughts until you can look down at your hands and imagine that you have a radiant white light glow of infinite love and possibility.

Next, place your awareness on the inside of your body. Start with your heart. Ask yourself if it is already glowing a radiant white light of infinite love and health. If you feel guided to do so, you can imagine moving any dark energy, perhaps from heartbreaks, deceptions, or something else into the chest. Push the chest off and allow the healing energy from nature – the calm ocean, incredible trees, a majestic lake, beautiful snow capped mountains, or your favorite nature location – to fill you with radiant healing light until you can imagine that your heart is glowing a white light of health.

Repeat for your lungs, spinal cord, intestines, legs, knees, arms, elbows, mind, and finally your skin.

Imagine yourself at the calendar age you choose – seeing your body outside and inside with incredible health and vitality.

Now, imagine that your spirit or energy starts to expand beyond your body to space and then beyond our galaxy and dimension. Whatever you see, feel, or experience is perfect, and trust in your imagination as your awareness expands more and more. Sometimes I imagine white light, planets of water, other beings of energy, and sometimes, I just think of how vast and powerful the universe and we are as we connect with it.

Expand your positive feelings even more as you mentally give thanks for everything that comes to mind regardless of it’s perceived size. Society often tells us that bigger and more is better, but in reality, the more you expand your pleasant sensation of gratitude for the essential things such as love, health, ability to learn, things you’ve learned, and all you already have, the greater you connect with the infinite positive energies already around you.

As you give thanks for all that comes to mind, you may imagine that your expanding gratitude is like a key that opens a door. And as the door opens, a radiant white light fills you even more where you become like a glowing sun, filled with even more infinite light of peace, love, gratitude, and connection.

Imagine now that you are guiding this radiant white light of infinite positive abundance to the people closest to you such as your closest friends, family, and loved ones. Then to people who you know. Then to people all around the planet. Imagine each and every person with their dark energies leaving their bodies and auras and filling with a radiant white light of health, joy, and prosperity in ways that are positive for them and others. 

Now, allow your radiant white light to expand far into the universe as you project and give positive energy to all far beyond planet Earth.

Allow yourself to imagine now that you already have everything you wanted in all areas of your life.

You are filled with more and more peace, equanimity, love, joy, and confidence. Your body is healthy, feels great, and you look how you want. You see yourself doing the activities you most desire and enjoying yourself more and more. You have more and more fun doing your enjoyable activities that are positive for you and others. You have the friendships, incredibly positive family relationships, and the love you most want. See yourself doing all the things you most love with your friends, family, and your love. And imagine how you have the financial success you most want where you’re able to do all financially for yourself, loved ones, and make the positive impact you desire. See your bank account balance with the value you choose, the places you go, the things you get, and even more importantly the positive impact in other’s lives.

Allow the positive feelings now that you have all you wanted to expand. You feel incredibly happy, successful, confident, worthy, loved, and thankful. Notice how you move with even more confidence, ease, and awareness of others. Experience as you act with even greater generosity, love, patience, understanding and compassion. And notice how you think about yourself as successful and capable of anything as well as the world being a very very positive place.

When I count from 3 to 1, you will continue with the image of what you most desire in your mind, ignoring the problems around you, and focusing instead on what to do next. You’ll also continue feeling, moving, acting and thinking in the incredibly positive ways you do when you have all you wanted. Your bodily systems will be in harmony, balanced, operating optimally and you’ll be completely wide awake and alert.
