Introduction
What you think and meditate on can bring about changes in your body! And often when one part of the body is not working as well as it should, we tend to think of that part of our body as “broken” or “diseased”. In advanced conditions, sometimes people will disconnect themselves mentally from the poorly working body part.
To change one’s health, one of the most important things to do is change the thoughts in one’s mind. What you focus on more often is what you get in life. Seeing the body as a whole with all parts working together is exceptionally important. This is something that more and more researchers are confirming with their work.
Relaxing and thinking very specific thoughts about how the body works is enough to start changing your health! You can engage your mind in helping you overcome an illness that you have! This is exciting because it tells you there is actually something you can do other than take medications for your health!
Napoleon Hill, author of As a Man Thinketh was right!
With all this in mind, let’s get started. Since today we are working on rebuilding your skin to be the perfect beautiful skin it was meant to be. The first step is to watch a few videos on the topic of how they work.
Here are the links to the videos below. Start out by watching just the first three videos and the others later when you feel like it’s important to get more understanding or if you have any of the specific conditions listed.

Relaxation
Now that you’ve had a chance to review the videos, you understand a little bit about how your skin works. Before we get into the healing of your skin, let’s relax a bit
Get in a comfortable position in your favorite chair or on your bed. Let yourself go and feel all the muscles relaxing in your body from head to toe. Feel a wave of relaxation take over your body.
Feel another wave of relaxation take over your body.
And feel one more wave of relaxation washing away the cares of life you are carrying.
Imagine you are in a top-of-the-line hotel and have taken the elevator to the top floor. You’re going to get off at the rooftop outdoor restaurant.
Or maybe you choose to go to the rooftop garden or rooftop terrace.
Any of them is a fine choice.
The elevator doors open and a flood of white light comes in. It envelopes your body and then its heat and radiance permeates you to the core.
You recognize it as God’s healing light – and without even asking for it yet, He’s given it to you. You are very grateful for it and thank Him.
You get out of the elevator and then stand there for a moment, allowing the feeling of His healing light to race through your bloodstream and also to grace over your skin, purifying it in every way. You can feel the purification as the light moves from one place to another in your body.
Now sit in one of the comfortable lounge chairs that overlook the whole city. It’s so relaxing up here at the top and you can feel the warm and gentle wind blow your hair back as you feel the sun and healing light on your body.
With every breeze that you feel, you get more and more relaxed.
Take a few moments to really get into the feeling of being so relaxed and feeling those breezes that grace over your body and bring you healing love
Soon we’ll get back into the elevator and take it down to the 10th floor. The 10th floor is set up so you can see what the top layer of skin looks like – the epidermis.
Feel more of those breezes that gently grace over your body. Feel the warmth of the sun on your face. Feel that healing love and all the gratitude you have for this experience.
Take a few extra moments to let your gratitude unfold.
Now it’s time to get up slowly and go to the elevator filled with this healing love. Rise from the chair and walk slowly to the elevator. When its doors open, get in. Hit the button marked 10 for the 10th floor. That’s where we are getting off.
You get into the elevator and push the 10th floor button. The doors shut and you’re on your way.
Healthy Skin – What It Looks Like
You’ve now arrived at the 10th floor. The doors open and you step out of the elevator. It looks like a construction zone. There are a lot of types of materials in sheets layered up on the floor. What you’re seeing when you see the sheets is the layers of skin on the epidermis level. These skin cells are actually dead.
The dead skin cells have already lived their life and have been very functional. Yet they are the cells that you are showing to the rest of the world. These are the cells that you wash off when you wash your face. They are the cells you exfoliate when you do a facial mask. They are the cells that slough off on your pillow each night you sleep.
Every so often there’s a hairy like structure coming up through the floor. It’s thin in diameter just like a hair on your head. There are dense fields of hairs in certain locations.
There are several types of skin cells here on this floor. These layers are called stratum layers. The layer on the top is the stratum corneum. There’s a stratum granulosum layer, cells that get nourished before they eventually die.
There’s the stratum spinosum that contain structures that produce melanin for your skin coloring. And there’s a stratum basale layer of cells that anchors the epidermis to the dermis layer. In this layer, cells are reproducing and moving to the top layer. They’re alive for anywhere from 4 to 8 weeks.
There’s another layer called the stratum lucidum found in the palms and in the feet – only in the thickened skin areas of the body. This layer gives the skin more thickness.
Take a look at all these different types of cells and marvel at them and their design. Take a few moments in gratitude.
Then let’s get into the elevator and check out a few floors below to see what the dermal layer looks like. We’re back inthe elevator now and going down to floor #5. This is the dermal layer.
Look around here and you’ll see capillaries. They are the red squiggly structures. This layer is fed by the blood supply. The capillaries are the small blood vessels that really do most of the feeding to the organs.
There are also sebaceous glands that create oil and sweat glands that create sweat. The glands start in this layer and extend all the way up to the 10th floor, the epidermis.
There are also nerves in this layer. The nerves allow you to feel insects on your skin so you can swat them. The nerves are yellowish in color. There are different ones for different types of sensations.
The nerves allow you to feel a warm hand on your shoulder for encouragement. They allow you to feel a pebble in your shoe when you’re walking. And there are others that let you feel pain.
This layer looks more alive than the epidermis because it is more alive.
Marvel at the wonder of all the creations in this layer. Then let’s get back into the elevator and go down even deeper.
Express your appreciation for all the creations in this layer.
The elevator is waiting now so let’s go down to the next deeper layer. We’re going down to floor #1. This is the layer deeper than the dermis. It’s called the subcutaneous layer or the hypodermis layer.
You get into the elevator and go down to the first floor. The elevator doors open and there are a lot of different structures here.
You immediately spot stem cells. These are the cells that are producing all types of cells, whatever is needed. These are the new cells many people are talking about. They are the ones that will convert into the different types of skin cells.
There are different places in the body where stem cells are made. Some are made from your fat cells, like the fat cells in the extra fat stores you may have around your belly.
Others are made in your bone marrow. And others are made in your blood. Let’s take each of these areas of your body and watch them create new healthy stem cells that become different types of skin cells.
In the next pictures you can see that the stem cells become many types of cells.
Watch your body keep making these healthy stem cells from your fat cells in the extra deposits of fat on your body that you have then turn into new skin cells.
If you look closely at these layered pictures of skin, you can see individual cells and have an idea of what they look like.
Focus your mind on the process. Then take a moment to ask your stem cells to create more cells at a faster rate.
This seems truly amazing that the stem cells found in extra body fat can actually turn into helpful cells that support your skin. Even if you don’t have a lot of body fat, you still have a basic amount of stem cells.
Your body fat may be low but it will never be 0% fat unless you are in a condition of starvation.
And even then, your body still produces stem cells in the bone marrow. You will always have stem cells in your body to draw upon; it’s how you were made! What a great design.
The bone marrow looks similar to the bone marrow in marrow bones you get from the grocery store. Notice the part of the bone inside the circular area on top? That’s the bone marrow. It’s the very center of the bone.
See the stem cells amongst the fat cells and watch them sprout out new skin cells that then know where exactly to go in your skin to smooth it out and beautify it.
Next watch your body keep making these healthy stem cells from your bone marrow in the deepest part of the bone of your breastbone or femur that connects your ribs.
These stem cells then turn into new skin cells. Focus your mind on the process. Then take a moment to ask these stem cells to create more cells at a faster rate. Imagine those layers of the skin gaining higher numbers of cells and becoming denser.
It seems truly amazing that the stem cells found in the breastbone or the femur can actually turn into helpful cells that support your skin. See the stem cells start out as general looking cells and then they become new skin cells that know where exactly to go in your skin to replace current damaged cells and beautify it.
In your mind, watch your body keep making these healthy stem cells from your blood cells that you have then turn into new skin cells. Focus your mind on the process. See it happening on the skin of your face. Then take a moment to ask these stem cells to create more cells at a faster rate.
Now do it for the skin of your back. The skin of your chest and neck. Then take a moment to ask these stem cells to create more cells at a faster rate.
Next do it for the skin of your arms. The skin of your body from the waist down. The skin of your legs down to your toes. Then take a moment to ask these stem cells to create more cells at a faster rate. Even the connective tissue is getting denser.
This seems truly amazing that the stem cells found in the blood that are circulating 24/7 amongst all the other blood cells can actually turn into brand new cells called CD34+ cells that go to the area of wounds in the skin and repair them. See the stem cells suddenly become new skin cells that replace those damaged cells. Your skin is becoming very beautiful during this process.
Go through all the areas of your body again and see the stem cells becoming new skin cells replacing those damaged cells. And the cells are getting packed in together in the skin – and that’s a good thing.
I’ll give you a minute to do this. Start at your face and see the new stem cells popping up.
(pause)
Then in your neck. Then your chest.
(pause)
Your arms. Your back.
(pause)
Your body from the waist down, front and back. Then your legs to the toes.
(pause)
You really can direct your body to do different things. Your cells are always waiting for you to direct and command them to do different things. For example, when you say, “I love my skin!”, then your stem cells in the bone marrow, the fat cells and blood cells rev up their “engines” and start churning out healthy cells faster.
It all has to do with focus and direction. They do what they are directed to do. This is why experts tell us to watch our words. It’s why the Bible tells us to focus only on good things, never bad. Always leave room for hope and love and good skin and that’s what you’ll get. Your cells are learning what to do from what you think and say.
Use your mind right now to command these stem cells that you have naturally in your body to create new collagen cells in your skin. I command you stem cells – all of you in all the areas of skin in my body to make new collagen cells. Regenerate right now.
Then see this happening. It’s like a factory and the new cells are being churned out at a regular pace. They’re coming out easily and effortlessly. They’re coming out easily and effortlessly and going to all the places in your skin that need them. See this happening right now.
Next command your stem cells to make new elastin cells for your skin. I command you stem cells to make new elastin cells for my skin. Line them up and fill the cell layers. Regenerate them right now.
See this happening. It’s like a factory and the new cells are churned out at a regular pace. They’re coming out easily and effortlessly and going to all the places in your skin that need them. See this happening right now.
Let’s tell your stem cells to also pump out new supportive skin cells at a faster rate. The stem cells start out at a normal rate and then create the supportive skin cells. See them filling in the skin in every area of your body.
Take a minute to do this.
Here’s an image of a stem cell in your skin.
Focus your attention on the second layer of your skin. See it. Guide the stem cells already there. They’re waiting for you to get instructions.
You’re sending them energy. Visualize them all energized.
Watch the stem cell divide. See a pic of what the cell division looks like right here.
One of them divides into a skin cell that becomes Collagen Protein Type 1. Another one becomes Collagen Type II. Another becomes Type 3 and all the way up to Type 7.
Check out the different types of collagen that are found in the body in this chart. Isn’t it amazing that you have so many different types?
The ones important for the skin are Types I, 3, 4, 5,
Types 7,
Types 12, 13, 14, 15,
Types 17 and 18.
That’s a lot! 11 different types – and for now we’ll just imagine them being made and once made they carry a sign on them to tell you what type collagen they are: 1-3-4-5-7-12-13-14-15-17 and 18.
There are only small differences between them. They all look very healthy. See them dividing and from the original one comes out one whole line of type 1 for example and it divides successfully and then the original stem cell pumps out type 3 next and so on.
See this happening in your mind. Type 1 Created. It multiplies rapidly and then faster and faster.
Type 3 created. They multiply rapidly and then faster and faster.
Type 4. Type 5. Type 7.
Type 12. Type 13. Type 14.
Type 15. Type 17. Type 18.
And the cells know exactly where they are going. They look more vibrant. And it happens again and again. Faster and faster.
Say I command you stem cells to make new supportive skin cells for my skin. Regenerate right now.
See it happening and the cells are being churned out easily and effortlessly. They’re going to the areas where the skin needs them. They’re filling in areas where there have been scars from acne or imperfections in the past. See this happening right now.
Focus your energy now on the stem cells creating elastin fibers which give elasticity to your skin. Visualize it. Guide the stem cells. They’re waiting for you to give them instructions. They’re energized. See them dividing in your mind. And it happens over and over again. Faster and faster.
You watch the stem cells birth new cells like elastin fiber cells or collagen fibers or cells that connect other cells together. Wow, this process is pretty awesome! They just pop out from the stem cell and the new cell is born and know exactly where to go. It goes to where it’s needed.
Looking a your skin, you also see macrophages here in this hypodermis layer. These are the immune system cells that encircle bacteria and viruses and fungi that are harmful to us. They digest them.
See the pictures of the different white blood cells so you know what the macrophage looks like here.
You can direct these macrophage white blood cells as well. Remember that you are the commander of every cell in your body. Your cells are waiting for your directions. You can command your immune system to rev up its efforts to protect your skin. Let’s do it now.
Immune system, I command you to produce the macrophages in the hypodermis layer that are needed to protect my skin.
See the picture of a macrophage engulfing a microbe.
Here’s a video of it happening: https://youtu.be/xNrD8uPPf4w
It’s really amazing because the macrophages look almost like a big tank. Rolling along the surfaces of the tissues. The bacteria release proteins that tell the macrophages where they are. The macrophages attack to the bacteria with the help of special proteins on the surface of the bacteria. The bacteria is engulfed and trapped in a phagosome where digestive enzymes shred it into pieces. Then the pieces are used by the cell or spit out.
See this happening in your mind. Macrophages are waking up because the stem cells produce monocytes that become macrophages. You have to produce more macrophages to get the job done and clean up your skin.
I command the stem cells to produce more monocytes and then macrophages and send them to any areas of my skin that are reddened from inflammation or infection. I see them being produced en masse right now in my mind in my skin layers. I see them going out like tanks patrolling and responding to the signals from the bacteria.
The macrophages encircle the bacteria and other microbes that are harmful to my skin – and digest them. Go on a big gorging festival! Right now.
They’re spitting out the digested pieces, too. It’s great!
I see the redness going away and the skin clearing up!
In your mind see this happening faster and faster. . See the increased number of macrophages in the hypodermis layer. Then see those macrophages literally come alive and get very hungry for consuming those bad microbes. They’re engulfing them and removing them from the skin. You can see that there’s definitely an increase in activity. It’s working!
Do it until there’s no more to clean up.
Next you see fat cells here. There needs to be fat cells here because they plump up the skin. This is why babies – who have a lot of fat cells in their skin – have the best skin. It looks all plumped up because of the fat cells and they have that youthful look.
There’s also collagen and elastic fibers in this layer. These are the cells that give the skin the structure it needs. The greater the number of these fibers you have and the more structured they are – lining up in rows nicely – the better your skin will look from the outside.
The base of the hair cells – called the hair follicle – is in this layer. Remember on the 10th floor how you saw the hair sticking out of the floor? It was coming up from the 1st floor in the hypodermis. It keeps growing until it’s at the end of its growing cycle.
The hair follicle is nourished by the capillaries. All the nutrients in the blood feed it.
The base of the nails starts in this layer, too. Check out these pictures to see how it works.
Immune System Boosting by Love
What you’ve seen on these different floor levels is healthy skin. You’ve commanded them to increase their numbers. One thing you might not have noticed is the immune system cells that migrate into the different skin layers.
They attack the bacteria, viruses and fungi that are attacking the skin cells. Their job is to kill these harmful pathogens that cause skin infections.
Command your immune system cells in the hypodermis to leave that skin layer and go everywhere they should go to give you clear skin.
Right now we’re going to the 5th layer – the middle layer via the other elevator – a glass one
From here we’re going to take a look through the glass at all the layers of your skin simultaneously. We can look down and look up at layers of your skin.
So get into the glass elevator. Here we go to Floor 5 – the dermis. The doors don’t even have to open to see everything. It’s amazing architecture looking at all the layers.
Look – there’s white pure healing light that is shining on us now. It feels like liquid love.
Oooh, this liquid love is pouring out over the epidermis and wherever it goes, it heals and makes the cells younger.
Watch the cells of the epidermis change into younger versions of themselves now.
The stratum corneum cells are coming alive. They act like they’re dancing in delight because they’ve been revived.
The cells of the stratum granulosum layer, cells that get nourished, are acting like they’ve been drinking the ultimate youth serum. They’re happy, too.
The stratum spinosum cells with melanin have been renewed and have more melanin. Look – the color of the skin is looking more radiant and even-toned.
The stratum basale layer of cells that anchors the epidermis to the dermis layer is stronger in its anchors and the cells are reproducing and moving to the top layer at a faster rate. That’s especially important for people as they get older because the rate slows down as we age.
The stratum lucidum found in the thickened skin areas of the body gives the skin more thickness. And with the liquid love, the thickness is at least 30% thicker. Liquid love is certainly the answer to an ailing epidermis.
When you watch your cells get happier, you actually feel happier. Have you noticed?
But there’s something else that the liquid love is doing here. It’s increased the number of immune system cells patrolling the whole layer. The immune cells are targeting specific areas where there are bacteria attacking the skin or where there are viruses attacking the skin.
